Offering a broad portfolio of more than 200 brands from more than 25 suppliers, we serve our agricultural customers from 40 local fulfillment centers throughout the United States. With plans to significantly expand our footprint and build a comprehensive e-commerce marketplace within Farmers Edge, we are looking for talented, customer centric professionals to join our growing team!


What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Alignment, the Procurement & Logistics Analyst works with suppliers and Company operations to ensure all details required to procure products and fulfill orders are kept current and accurate in our systems. You will provide analysis to inform decisions on logistics, pricing, and inventory management and coordinate product procurement and movement with suppliers, the Customer Care team, and the regional Fulfillment Centers.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain product pricing in operations tools, ensuring that prices received from suppliers are kept up to date and tracked accurately and that the website pricing is accurate
  • Act as main point of contact for the shipping company relationship, negotiating shipping rates and terms, and scheduling pickups and deliveries
  • Input product setup and inventory status data to the ERP
  • Perform regular inventory audits with retailers
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
  • Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, and logistics quality management.
  • Provide day to day support to third party vendors – updating inventory and pricing, making sure the portfolio of offered products is correct.
  • Manage the third-party order fulfillment process through regular back and forth communication and following-up on order completions for payment reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • 3-5 years of related experience in a supply chain, procurement, or e-commerce setting
  • A collaborative, data-driven approach to problem-solving
